What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight; up to 1 hour of waiting is free. For longer delays we re-plan the pickup for your new arrival time — you are never left stranded. There is no extra charge for delays or waiting.

Do I have to pay in advance?

No. We take no prepayment. You pay after the ride, in cash or by bank transfer; Turkish lira, euro and US dollar are accepted. Card payment is not available at the moment. We issue an invoice on request.

Do you accept pets, child seats and large luggage?

Yes. Child and baby seats are free on request. Pets are welcome in a carrier at no extra charge. Wheelchairs, strollers, golf bags, bikes and surfboards are fine as long as they fit in the luggage space — please mention them when booking. A Mercedes Vito takes up to 9 passengers and 4–5 large suitcases; larger groups travel in two Vitos or in a Mercedes Sprinter arranged on request.

Is there a night surcharge or a fee for stops on the way?

No. Our prices are the same day and night. On longer drives we stop on request — for a break or a quick supermarket visit — at no extra charge.

How do I cancel or change my booking?

Please let us know at least 24 hours before your pickup. Since there is no prepayment, there is nothing to refund. For last-minute changes, contact us and we will do our best.
