Wheelchairs, strollers, golf bags, bikes and surfboards are fine as long as they fit in the luggage space — please mention them when booking. A Mercedes Vito takes up to 9 passengers and 4–5 large suitcases; larger groups travel in two Vitos or in a Mercedes Sprinter arranged on request.

Is there a night surcharge or a fee for stops on the way?

No. Our prices are the same day and night. On longer drives we stop on request — for a break or a quick supermarket visit — at no extra charge.

How do I cancel or change my booking?

Please let us know at least 24 hours before your pickup. Since there is no prepayment, there is nothing to refund. For last-minute changes, contact us and we will do our best.
